RAMS May Meeting Minutes

May 14, 2022

Call to Order at 1:00 pm by Vice-President Jimmie Smith at Central Bar-B-Que , Summer Ave, Memphis, TN.

There were 9 RAMS, and 3 motorcycles present for the Meeting.

 

1. We have no new members for this month.
2. We have  60 new and returning members for 2022.
3. We had no guests this month:

New Business

1. No new business this month.

 

 RAMS Campout Update

1. Secretary/Treasurer reported that everything appears to be "on track" for the September 23-24 Campout at Pickwick.

 

 

VP Corner

1. VP had no input this month.

 

Old Business.

1. If anyone still does not have their picture in the online directory, please see Spencer or Rosey.
2. If you would like a RAMS Patch (old Logo only), decal (old and new Logos) or need RAMS business cards, please get with Spencer.

 

 

For the Good of the Club

1. Check RAMS Website for other Club’s Rally Schedules.  Please follow up on each event’s web site as some may be rescheduled or cancelled due to local regulations.
2. The Secretary/Treasurer was finally able to locate the MOA Chartered Club Camping Chairman and was able to reserve and pay for a 10 X 20 Shelter, 2 tables, and 20 chairs for RAMS use at the MOA National Rally in Springfield, MO on June 16-19, 2022.
3. 2022 Dues are $25.00 and were due on January 1, 2022. They may be paid either by Cash or Check to the Secretary/Treasurer or via PayPal or Credit Card on the RAMS Website.
4. We still need Meeting hosts/Locations for:  June, July, October, & December of 2022.
5. The June RAMS Meeting will be held on June 11, 2022.  Location is:  TBD
6. Donuts at the Dealer will be hosted by Paul Whitworth on May 28, 2022.
7. If you have an item you would like to see on the next meeting agenda, please get it to the Secretary by the Wednesday prior to the meeting and it will be added to the next meeting agenda. This is not required for an item to be discussed, but it will make sure it gets in the mix.  Send the information to: officers@bmwrams.com

2. Petty Cash = $50.00
3. Expenses this month:

Moa Charter Renewal = $15.00

RA Charter Renewal = $15.00

Shelter and Accessories at the MA Nats. = $309.00

Donuts at the Dealer = $24.12
