August RAMS Meeting Minutes

August 13, 2022

Call to Order at 4:00 pm by President Greg LieVan at the home of the Clark Family in Cordova, TN.

There were 9 RAMS, and 2 motorcycles present for the Meeting.

1. We have no new members for this month.  RAMS Member James Rhodes did make his first RAMS Meeting.
2. We have 62 new and returning members for 2022.
3. We had 1 guest this month: Joyce Bonds from the Arkansas Club.
4. Thanks to Meeting Host: The Clark Family

New Business

1. No new business this month.  Butch Turner volunteered to be the Donut King for August 27, 2022 Donuts at the Dealer.

 RAMS Campout Update

1. Secretary/Treasurer reported that everything still appears to be "on track" for the September 23-24 Campout at Pickwick.

 

VP Corner

1. VP had no new information this month.

 

Old Business.

1. If anyone still does not have their picture in the online directory, please see Spencer or Rosey.
2. If you would like a RAMS Patch (old Logo only), decal (old and new Logos) or need RAMS business cards, please get with Spencer.

For the Good of the Club

1. Check RAMS Website for other Club’s Rally Schedules.  Please follow up on each event’s web site as some may be rescheduled or cancelled due to local regulations.
2. The RAMS have reserved a 20 X 20 Shelter, 3 tables, and 20 chairs for the RA National in Waynesville NC on September 28 - October 2.
3. 2022 Dues are $25.00 and were due on January 1, 2022. They may be paid either by Cash or Check to the Secretary/Treasurer or via PayPal or Credit Card on the RAMS Website.
4. We still need Meeting host/Location for: October of 2022.  The December RAMS Meeting and Christmas Party will be hosted by Haavi Morriem again this year.  It will be December 10, 2022 and will be an evening event.
5. The August RAMS Meeting will be held on September 10, 2022.  Location is:

Lunch will be at 1200 noon and the meeting will follow at 1 pm.

There will likely be a ride to the meeting, so watch your email.

 

6. If you have an item you would like to see on the next meeting agenda, please get it to the Secretary by the Wednesday prior to the meeting and it will be added to the next meeting agenda. This is not required for an item to be discussed, but it will make sure it gets in the mix.  Send the information to: officers@bmwrams.com

1. Balance in Bank plus petty cash = $7045.62.
2. Petty Cash = $50.00
3. Expenses this month:

Donuts at the Dealer = $33.07

Web Hosting Fees = $6.00
