April RAMS Meeting Minutes

April 13, 2024

Call to Order at 1:00 pm by President Greg LieVan at Campsite 10, Village Creek State Park, Wynne, AR.

14 RAMS and 3 Bikes present.

1. We have no new members for this month.
2. We have 49 returning members for 2024.
3. We had a guest this month:  Scott Baily, /Nancy Turner's Brother.
4. Thanks to Meeting Host: Spencer & Rosey Bennett.

 

New Business

1. The 2024 MOA National Rally will be in Redmond, OR on June 13-15, 2024.  There will be a Shelter Tent for tr the RAMS in the Chartered Club Camping area.  This is being handled by the MOA so it should go smoothly.
2. RAMS Campout at Pickwick in the Fall.   Once the campground opens up in mid-March Spencer will handle the reservation for the RAMS Sites.  It was decided that the RAMS would rent the same sites as last year with three primitive and two full service sites.
3. Spencer has  gotten the "Bike Purchase Free Membership Forms" to Performance Plus.

The VP was off riding and had no input for this month.

1. The Trailer situation is still open.  Paul Whitworth has been looking at optionsand has offered to check out the coffee pot to see if it works.
2. If anyone still does not have their picture in the online directory, please see Spencer or Rosey.
3. If you would like a RAMS Patch (old Logo only), decal (old and new Logos) or need RAMS business cards, please see Spencer.

 

For the Good of the Club

1. Check RAMS Website for other Club’s Rally Schedules. Please follow up on each event’s web site as some may be rescheduled or cancelled.
2. 2024 Dues are $25.00 and were due on January 1, 2024.  They may be paid either by Cash or Check to the Secretary/Treasurer or via PayPal or Credit Card on the RAMS Website.
