1. Campout is next month, October 4-6, 2024 at Pickwick Below the Dam Campground
2. George McQueen is organizing a ride to a Fly In at Greenville, SC for October.  Please contact George (425-280-4440) for information.

2025 RAMS Fall Campout

VP Corner

Herb Anderson proposed that we consider having the 2025 Fall Campout at Paris Landing State Park.  This Park offers two options for us to consider:

1.  Big Eagle Base Camp is a group camping site that will accomodate up to 50 campersand rents for $175 per night. Amenities include a bathhouse with showers, a picnic shelter, three fire-rings, a large charcoal grill, and a kayak/canoe launch.  Limited water and electricity are available on site.  The down side is that there is a gravel road to access it and there are no provisions for RV's.
2. The regular Campground which has 45 Water & Electric sites (RV's, $32), 18 primitive sites ($18), and six camping cabins ($62) that sleep 4  (we think).
3. Herb Anderson and Rodger Moring are going to scout it out and will report back once they have more information.

Old Business.

1. If anyone still does not have their picture in the online directory, please see Spencer or Rosey.
2. If you would like a RAMS Patch (old Logo only), decal (old and new Logos) or need RAMS business cards, please see Spencer.

 

For the Good of the Club

1. Check RAMS Website for other Club’s Rally Schedules. Please follow up on each event’s web site as some may be rescheduled or cancelled.
2. 2025 Dues are $25.00 and are due on January 1, 2025.  They may be paid either by Cash or Check to the Secretary/Treasurer or via PayPal or Credit Card on the RAMS Website.

There may be a ride for those not camping, so watch your email.
