BMW RAMS Meeting Minutes
May 10, 2025
10 RAMS and 4 bikes present (not including hosts’.
(Spencer Bennet asked hosts to record minutes due to illness. Samantha Cox
documented minutes.)
Call to Order:
Meeting was called to order at 13:00 by President Greg LieVan at 2176 Tompkins Lane,
Millington, TN 38053.
- We have no new members this month.
- We have 46 returning members for 2025. (2025 Dues Paid)
- We had no guests this month
- Thanks to meeting hosts: George Brewton and Samantha Cox.
Old Business:
- No old business discussed this month.
New Business:
- Chip Mann: Lake Hill Motors/TransAmerica Trail Dual Sport Ride June 7 th
and 8 th , 2025. Asked to have flyer for event details to be sent to everyone with
meeting minutes. (See below)
- Herb Anderson: Drove in from the Wilderness Rally in Yellville, AR and
thought the event merits consideration as a RAMS event in future. Shout out to
Sam and Paul for doing a great job representing there. The campgrounds are
nice for both tent and RV, bathhouses are available, and the staff were extremely
pleasant and helpful. The event overall was enjoyable.

VP Corner:
- The VP stated the Robert Rehkopkf Memorial Rode to Eat at Boyette’s Dining
Room in Tiptonville is still being rescheduled. Watch email for updates.
For the Good of the Club:
- Check RAMS Website for other Clubs’ Rally Schedules. Please follow up on each events’ websites as some may be rescheduled or canceled.
- 2025 Dues are $25.00 and were due on January 1, 2025. They may be paid either by Cash or Check to the Secretary/Treasurer or via PayPal or Credit Card om the RAMS Website.

It's that time again!!
The annual Lake Hill Motors / TransAmerica Trail Dual Sport Ride will be Sat/Sun
June 7th/8th. Go ahead and mark your calendars
We will have 2 fun days of riding through MS-TN-AL. This year there will be a special
lunch at Rattlesnake Saloon for any riders who want to do that. There are also 2
special off-road sections. (not difficult) Saturday we will be back in Corinth, MS for
the night and head out again Sunday.
We will have a more detailed email coming out soon when everything is finalized
and we have full information.
