BMW RAMS June Meeting Minutes

June 21, 2025

16RAMS and 15 bikes present

Call to Order:

Meeting was called to order at 13:00 by President Greg LieVan at the RAMS Shelter Tent at the MOA National Rally in Lebanon, TN.

1. We have no new members this month.
2. We have 46 returning members for 2025. (2025 Dues Paid)
3. We had one guest this month: Jim Tarsi from northern Michigan was a guest of Bill Thompson
4. Thanks to meeting hosts: RAMS Officers

 

Old Business:

1. Question was raised regarding the rescheduling of the Boyette's Robert Rehkopf Memorial Ride.  Question will be passed to Spencer Bennett as he was working it initially and has the most current information.

 

 

New Business:

1. Sam Whitworth announced she has a video taken during the last Return to Shiloh Rally and she will be showing it after the meeting.

1. Nothing new from the VP.

 

For the Good of the Club:

 

1. Check RAMS Website for other Clubs’ Rally Schedules. Please follow up on each events’ websites as some may be rescheduled or canceled.
2. 2025 Dues are $25.00 and were due on January 1, 2025. They may be paid either by Cash or Check to the Secretary/Treasurer or via PayPal or Credit Card om the RAMS Website.
3. Meeting Hosts and Locations for 2025 (Still need a location for December):

October – RAMS at the Fall Campout

4. If you have an item you would like to see on the next meeting agenda, please get it to the Secretary by the Wednesday prior to the meeting and it will be added to the next meeting agenda. This is not required for an item to be discussed, but it will make sure it gets in the mix. Send the information to: officers@bmwrams.com

They plan to do a Taco Bar for Lunch.  If you wish to bring a dessert, it would be welcome.  Transporting things on a bike can be intresting, so this is not expected but some folks are more creative than others

Herb asks that you RSVP to his phone so they know how much food to prepare.

Steve Clark will be leading a RAMS Ride to the Meeting from the Memphis area, so watch your email for updates.

 

6. A group photo was taken of those who were at the rally and attended the meeting.
