RAMS April Meeting Minutes
April 12, 2025
21 RAMS and 9 Bikes present.
Call to Order:
Meeting was called to order at 1:00 pm by President Greg LieVan at Campsite 10 of Village Creek State Park, Wynne, AR..
1. We have no new members for this month.
2. We have 44 returning members for 2025. (2025 Dues Paid)

VP Corner
The VP asked about rescheduling for the Robert Rehkopf Memorial Ride to Eat at Boyette's Dining Room in Tiptonville, TN and after some discussion it was decided that the ride would be rescheduled. The Secretary/Treasurer was asked to work out a date that would not interfere with the other events scheduled for the May/June time frame and set up the ride. Watch your email for any updates.
For the Good of the Club
- Check RAMS Website for other Club’s Rally Schedules. Please follow up on each event’s web site as some may be rescheduled or cancelled.
- 2025 Dues are $25.00, and were due on January 1, 2025. They may be paid either by Cash or Check to the Secretary/Treasurer or via PayPal or Credit Card on the RAMS Website.

Lunch for the meeting will be provided by your hosts. Plan is to have Bar-B-Que with soft drinks and water. You do not need to bring anything, but if you wish to contribute, please call George and let him know what you are planning to bring..
5. If you have an item you would like to see on the next meeting agenda, please get it to the Secretary by the Wednesday prior to the meeting and it will be added to the next meeting agenda. This is not required for an item to be discussed, but it will make sure it gets in the mix. Send the information to: officers@bmwrams.com.
6. Jimmie Smith (901-356-3387) is still working on getting everyone's year pins from MOA. If you have not received an award you feel you are due, please let him know.
7. We need some volunteers to Host the "Donuts at the Dealers" on the last Saturday of each month. ob consists of picking up 2 dozen Donuts of various types and having them at Performance Plus at 0900 on the last Saturday each month. RAMS will reimburse you for the cost of the Donuts, so keep your receipt until you see the Secretary/Treasurer.
